I'd be lying if I said I wasn't inspired by Damir Martin and his 55 3d dragon sketches for this one.  An idea of what the ogo could look like, colorless.

Portrait study

A quick portrait study I did, traced a 1 min base sketch and painted in the big shapes.

Really focused on the general image, photoreal stuff I left out, to lazy and not what I wanted to aim for.

All that stuff is just time, not skill.  I really just worked on picking the right colors, and detoured near the end of the study to give it a little presentation.

here is a couple renders of my favorite character to draw... he is the protagonist in one of my many stories...but perhaps my favorite of all of them. 3d once again. I did not paint this contrary to what some may believe.
